LARRY HANSEN
Larry has been a professional Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Clark County, Washington since 1992 and in Oregon since 2006.
Before entering into the Real Estate world, Larry spent his days working in the construction trades learning from the ground up, literally. This gives him a unique understanding of the homes that he inspects by knowing what goes into each home and how it is put together. The advantage is that he can approach the evaluation of the subject property and the valuation process of the appraisal by all angles.
When not running the Appraisal business, Larry and Terri, his wife of over thirty years, enjoy spending time with their seven children and five grandchildren. They can usually be found hunting for smooth water at one of the local lakes or volunteering in at Black Lake Bible Camp in Olympia, WA.
ANNA PALMER
Anna is the Office Assistant; she began working at Hansen Appraisal Services in 2006.
After graduating from Washington State University with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology she married her husband David, of 2 years now, and they just had their first child Mylee, in March. As a new mother she enjoys the flexibility of her part time job with us.
When she isn’t busy taking care of her daughter, Anna and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors both in the mountains and on the lake.
NATALIE HANSEN
Natalie first began working with us as the Office Assistant in September of 2002 and just can’t seem to get enough! Natalie has recently come back as our newest State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser.
In 2007 Natalie graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She double majored in Human Resources and General Management. When Natalie isn’t working at one of her two jobs she loves spending time in a park, on a lake, playing softball or anywhere with sunshine.
